Pros

The brand is a big one. Good working environment. They give ok CTC's.

Cons

People with least experience are bought in because they are in the family. No personal freedom. Lots of politics. Th e seniors don't let juniors progress to higher posts, hence seniors remain seniors and juniors are left with no scope to rise up.

Pros

Possibly the best reason to be here is the open door policy- you can walk into any department and ask what you like; you'll get an accurate answer, usually delivered by the HOD

Pros

Excellent growth curve since inception till 2012 followed by steep decline almost to point of closure Good work atmosphere & culture Commendable goals & ambition to be at the top Good equity of company among the middle-class home-owner / prospective buyer segment

Cons

Non-existent professionalism - in terms of internal work systems & procedures, project planning & execution methods, qualification of staff (continues to be run like a family business with old timers as staff who lack present-day knowledge, mindset and approach to work that is required to keep company on growth path), All decision making powers - from issues that are important to those that are unimportant vested in the Chairman resulting in bottlenecks, delays, frequently wrong decisions taken due to lack of understanding of topic concerned. Results in disastrous ripple-down effect. Frequent changes in decisions made by the chairman - results in a lot of wastage in time, effort, money, other forms of resources and leads to high levels of frustration among employees having to do the same job over and over again. Attempts at inducting second generation of family members into the business who have no formal training or exposure but have been vested with powers to decide on things of importance. Resulting in further chaos and the displeasure of the senior staff members with knowledge and many years of experience.
