      President very demeaning to people overall.

      Pros

      Nice hardworking people that's about it! Nice big offices in an old mill building convenient to downtown and plenty of restaurants and shopping.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor benefits, poor working conditions, poor management. A few people put in management that are clueless. Laying off people and having them train their replacements before getting the axe. Extremely degrading.

      Pros

      The people who work in middle management and the people who work in production are hard working and try to do the best that they can. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Hard working employees are often given the shaft over people who suck up to the president. The president thinks he knows the answer to every problem and often sends employees scrambling to solve the same problem. The culture is more of making sure that you protect yourself rather than work together to solve problems. The president rushed through and mismanaged 2 major acquisitions, hurting the brands reputation in the marketplace.

      -Poor Management (They will either yell at you or play office politics) -Toxic environment -Lack of training
