- New CEO driving much needed change in the business - Close knit team - AKKR will drive things forward effectively

Cons

- Dysfunctional legacy culture driven by founder with an approach to management and people that feels 30+ years out of date - A myopic view of the world that limits this Australian business from understanding what it needs to do to become global - Extremely competitive space and not doing enough on tech to get ahead

Great team to work with, they are friendly, work hard and offer good support. Nothing better than a hard-earned beer at the end of the week.

Cons

Sometimes long hours in certain roles. Not always sure that clients value the product, some basic UK product updates needed, help automate a lot of their repetitive tasks for clients and they will see more gratitude.
