It's a great place to develop your skills. You'll need to interact with people from diverse backgrounds, and the heavy workload will hone your prioritization abilities.

Cons

The KPIs are set extremely high and are very difficult to achieve, resulting in meager bonuses. Even rest time is used for work; there are endless messages to reply to, and work hours exceed 10 hours a day.
