Cons

Worst management ever. No team work. No infrastructure. No real understanding of territories and their own market channels. Micromanagement. The most disorganised place. The promise of everything will be made to you, but the reality will be quite different. There are many lies and dishonesty, as well as a lack of integrity and respect for employees. There are people who come and go, but nobody stays for long. The management does not have an inkling as to how to operate the U.K. division, they are neither managers nor leaders.

Cons

Toxic management, poor communication between departments, no respect to hard working employees, HR there to help the business and not the employee. Stay away! People change very often in this place.

Wolf of Wall Street management style

Pros

Strong brands awareness, team members are good people.

Cons

Damaged brand with existing users. Clients are over promised and under delivered to and company is driving that. Wolf of Wall Street management style. Team members are sworn at during sales meeting by sales manager. Culture is hierarchical and toxic. Direction is unclear, one minute do this next minute why are you doing that. I felt like I was treading on egg shells toward the end with the new management in place. Team are scared to say anything for doing anything wrong. Even whispers to each other whether they can have a glass of wine with dinner. Worst company culture I’ve experienced.
