      Pros

      Other than management, employees are generally good people.

      Cons

      Toxic and hostile leadership. Decisions are largely based off of ego rather than rationale or expertise. Old school, “fall in line or get out” mentality. Company has had several complaints for discrimination and harassment towards females, in which the parent company has not stepped in and has allowed this behavior to continue. Unhealthy work-life balance. Open and honest discussion is discouraged.

      work/ life balance. Talented co-workers. Cool people. Dog Friendly. Room for professional growth (continually learning)

      Cons

      NO PAY or PROMOTIONS for professional growth. They'll keep adding more and more and more on to your plate and you can exceed beyond all expectations but they won't reward you with compensation or title change. Your hapiness here greatly depends on your manager. Some are amazing and have your back some are horribe. LOTS of work to do and NO resources to help.
