Great people but inconsistent management and senior leadership

Pros

The people and ways of working are what makes Hyper Island a great stepping stone. Access to free internal courses but this is as far as development goes for most.

Cons

Very little room for actual career development and internal promotions - no room for growth in most teams unless someone is let go. Numerous rounds of redundancies over the last 18 months. Constant fear of losing job or team being dissolved due to constant shifting of strategies. Deep sense of fear across teams over and this is changing the work environment and positivity on non-senior management level. Low to no benefits or perks.
