      Great place to learn and take on new responsibilities

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow, company grows every year. Good work-life balance, work environment sometimes challenging but fun place to work with an exceptional team both in the US & China. Management is supportive and cares about their employees. Open to suggestions that benefits the company workflow and recognition of the employee's input.

      Not all understands what happens behind the scenes beginning with development, operation  manufacturing process

      Pros

      Friendly people with great motivation. A lot support to help manage work life. There are great place to develop great skills. I glad to be able to show my diverse skills for great products. Would recommend for any one. Also great parking spots.

      Cons

      This is more my own personal experience. I have long drive . Traffic isn’t always the best.
