      Management drunk daily on job, Inappropriate sexual actions and harassment, blatent favoritism and discrimination, extremely unsafe work conditions and practices. Dozens of Osha violations weekly.

      dealing with owners who can't read or write in english nor can they communicate what they want and then get frustrated when you ask for more information to understand what they want.
