Pros

20-25 staff, nice office in Clerkenwell. MD and leadership team are good people, trustworthy. Part of a larger global company with an impressive client list, and many projects across the EMEA.

Cons

Change of office leadership last year is still in progress - generally very positive but still some structure to put in place.

Amazing place to work. Lots of autonomy. Directors really care about their employees and emphasis work/life balance.

Cons

Very up/down with workload. Some weeks or months is extremely busy, while others are more relaxed. But this is the nature of our industry really.
