Big plans, strong brand, IAC has undergone many changes over the past 2 years. If they continue on the same route it should be a great place to work within the next 12 months

Cons

Undergone many changes resulting in inconsistency and a lack of security. Selling off non profiting branches, loss of a lot of knowledge.
