      Pros

      the managers were so enthusiastic and motivated you to do your best. There is a lot of free training daily. Very helpful and useful. So many smart and talented people work there. Always willing to help you. highly recommended

      Cons

      it starts off as a commission only position. The company helps small businesses grow. sometimes a little difficult to get a sale.

      Pros

      Everyday is different. IBank went through some majors changes. Great opportunity to grow and develop; especially in leadership and sales. Simple philosophy in sales & life if you want to make more money or have more success put more work and effort into it.

      Gets chilly in certain rooms. AC is turned up a little too much

      iBank has recently gone through some major changes, and because of this we are all reaping the benefits. Plenty of opportunity to grow with iBank.

      Towards the end of the month when we are running out, coffee creamer is like gold!
