      Stressful and Low-Paid

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, good co-workers and central location of the office.

      Cons

      Salary was barely minimum pay despite Bachelor's degree, workload was insane, the employment turn-over rate was massive and bosses failed in taking responsibility for leading the teams.

      Pros

      Some nice people but most of the middle and senior managers been there for decades

      Cons

      A lot of talks about values, leadership and culture that sounds awesome but not event senior managers delivering any of it. Ica haven’t managed to enter the new millennium yet and just about everything is so 1999. Promotions are only for certain kind of people. Too bureaucratic
