Crazy management (e.g. there is no real management); ambiguous atmosphere; managers are running all sorts of things on the side and seem not to be really interested in the Institute or the students. The credo seems to be "let it run by itself" or "the strongest (cunniest) will survive." In short: it's a great place to hang out for some time and meet international crowd from all walks of life. But this is not a serious place to be considered as an employer / partner / professional. I think it should be clearly communicated to the interns and everyone who comes there.

- Everything else. the interns have to do everything: from reception work to cleaning, go to the supermarket to buy stuff; - no guidance; - the conferences are just buzz words;
