      Flexible hours but toxic management and no growth

      Pros

      not much work. can go cut hair in the middle of the day or go do nails. can come in late and leave early. can magically disappear for a few hrs throughout the day without reason. if you are a manager, can go down smoke multiple times a day because of your entitlement. Can dont perform but still wont be fired

      Cons

      wont progress much in career. toxic upper management. C suites got no backbone, head of dept treatment close to having MOM involved. team lead always pushes blame down to junior staff to save their own face. since they allow many incompetent people in the company, working life sucks when u actually need to get things done. SOPs of things always varies on how ur team lead can handle or u.
