Incredible access to work at a top talent agency and see how things are run, opens up other job opportunities

Cons

Toxic work environment, lots of egos from the agents to assistants, minimal pay, HR knows how to manage up to the company heads but not looking out for the good of the assistants / coordinators, high turnaround
