They really like to work you for a company paying so little. You’re pushed into meeting a bonus quota which increases every so often and if you do take time off they “encourage” you to make up the hours by working overtime but get upset if you don’t.
Also there’s just a lack of transparency with management. They don’t like to tell you exactly what they want but then get mad when you don’t do exactly that. Their demands keep changing and there’s a lot of false promises. Many promises are said but few promises are actually carried out/change their criteria.
The bonus thing is a sham too. God forbid you don’t hit your performance in one day you better work twice as hard the next day or 3 times as hard the next one or 4 times the day after that or no bonus for you. And hope you don’t get a new/bad team member because now you have to work even harder to make up for them.
You still have to be doing work even if there is no internet etc the entire day???
Also can be very monotonous.
