Pros

The only pro that ICONMA has is that they have a great dress code.

Cons

They're an awful company to work for. You will only survive if you have experience as a technical recruiter outside of Iconma. They don't have a proper Applicant tracking system, and they rip recruiters off in regards to commission. If you go on LinkedIn you can see how many recruiters left after 6 months. They are not flexible and management is terrible. I would advise anyone to stay aware from this company. They also make fake reviews on this site as well. Don't fall for it.

Pros

Some of their mid level managers are AMAZING!

Cons

Micro managing is all they do. As a recruiter you really are not allowed to leave your seat. There is no chance to actually talk to the people you work with. Morale is horrible, how could it be good? Every Monday morning is a "team meeting" in actuality it is a fact shaming meeting. As a salary employee you are required to clock in and out for the day as well as lunch. They monitor EVERYTHING and threaten your job with it. Also, if you have a resume up new or old, they will fire you. Instead of keeping a positive environment, they instill fear. People who have not had training and finally turn things around with their metrics get fired. People who actually care and want to improve leave. Also the company is Not run by Who the website says it is, she has no clue what is going on or who actually works there.
