Pros

Large global corporation with interesting range of products and services. This comes with corporate benefits and a nice bespoke site. Location is convenient and well situated. The people and culture are generally very good to work with, and the management teams work hard to achieve this and genuinely care about employees.

Cons

This role has the usual ups and downs of manufacture and customer service. This can be seasonal changes in work volume, challenging customer conversations or waiting for new systems and processes to be rolled out and revised.
