Pros

Autonomous work environment, hard work is recognized and rewarded, relaxed work environment, friendly and outgoing co workers, company is in a successful niche so things are going really well in terms of sales and growth, travel opportunities for those who want them, flexible work from home policy, management is easy to approach, opportunities to work with different technologies (facial recognition, OCR, computer vision, how IDs are kept from being duplicated)

Cons

Getting onboarded isn't as clearly defined as it could be so when you join ask for a mentor (someone who has been around a couple years) to show you how things are done, customer service is our differentiator which means pleasing the customer and going above and beyond is required at times and that can interrupt your time outside work hours

Pros

The company has changed substantially in the year plus that I've worked here. When I first started, the company had a somewhat lacking company culture and certain upper management was unforgiving for lack of a better term. Since then, there have been multiple changes made to improve company culture, employee retention, and most importantly, employee satisfaction. HR actually listens to feedback and makes sure to implement changes to ensure our voices are heard. Departments have been restructured to ensure everyone is getting the proper workload, guidance, and feedback they need to enable their jobs to be done to the best of their abilities. The company culture has also become much more relaxed and it no longer feels like big brother is constantly watching over your shoulder for any mistakes. Its nice to be able to come to work and know that if I make a mistake, I will be taught what happened to make that mistake and how to fix it, instead of reprimanded for any such mistake.

Cons

The pay could be better since most of us were hired under market value due to a previous issue in upper management, but that being said, the issue has been taken under advisement of new upper management and HR. They are working to ensure everyone is compensated fairly and it is a work in progress.
