Pros

Working six days a week for almost 12 hours a day for practically minimum wage. There are no pros. They dupe young and impressionable college kids into thinking they can make a ton of money or open their own office. And how much money are they really raising for charities? It's not about doing good it's about tricking people into thinking their donations will go entirely to charity when in fact impact is taking the money. This will be your job: show up at the office at 8 am oh but if you show up on time you're actually late as they say and should be early to be on time. Makes no sense. Then do some pointless meeting where everyone is fake happy. Then go drive to some supermarket or Starbucks and set up a booth for 10 hours to holler at and badger people for money for "charity". Then drive back to the office for another meeting then finally get off at like 8 or 9 pm. And it's not like you're making a ton of money, it comes out to barely minimum wage, yet they say you can make a lot of money off commission if you work hard. Really? It's just not worth it. It's mindless, fake and in my opinion what they are doing should be illegal. Do not work here. They will make the job seem really cool and that you will get to travel and be a manager in no time. Don't take the bait! I also heard they force current employees to write these ridiculous reviews on Glassdoor that make the company look like this great place and opportunity, it's pathetic. I really have no idea how any of these people can show up to this job everyday or partake in what a lie company this is.

Cons

Do not work here!!! It will be a complete waste of your time! Such a fake company with fake opportunities

Pros

The people are nice and very supportive but in my opinion, the kindness from other employees is not always genuine.

Cons

Where do I begin? This whole company is a scam. You are paid pennies to stand outside for 10 hours to beg strangers for money. It is a lie and the biggest pyramid scheme out there. You are paid solely on commission so guess what happens if you don't get too many donations over the course of a week? You're weekly paycheck could be around $100 for 65+ hours of work. Does standing outside in the cold for hours on end for below minimum wage pay sound good to you? If so, this is the perfect place for you. You arrive at the office at 8am and leave around 12-14 hours later. Again, this is for below minimum wage. Your only day off is Sunday and by the time that comes, you'll be too tired to get around to doing those chores you've been neglecting every night. One thing I'd like to emphasize is that lunch breaks are often frowned upon as well as breaks. That's how badly these people treat their employees. I honestly feel sympathetic towards those who have been brain washed into thinking that they have a chance to be a "millionaire manager" one day. By the way, the positive reviews left here are extremely misleading. The company forces you to write these reviews. Believe me, I was once forced into leaving one just before I quit. Don't work here. I try to warn as many people as I can about this scam. This company is constantly changing names so do not be fooled by the positive reviews.

Pros

Very fun atmosphere I’ll give it that, too bad fun doesn’t pay bills. Employees are so friendly. Get paid weekly. There is the opportunity to be promoted quickly, but even once you get promoted compensation is still commission and not enough to pay bills.

Cons

You stand outside businesses for 10+ hours everyday to get paid 100% commission, so there might be some really good days but most days you’ll be lucky to end up with $40 for over 10 hours of working whereas you’d make over $100 for 10 hours working at McDonald’s. You’re required to drive all over the place every day for your events and they ask you to give other people that don’t have cars rides with absolutely no reimbursement for gas. I’m saving money by not working at all because I was spending more in gas at this company than I was making.
