      Under paid and disorganized

      Pros

      No one breaking your chops. Friendly people They offer health benefits and 401K. If you like working in the field and getting lots of over time you'll fit in. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Office is very disorganized. Every day there are arguments and power struggles. Everyone wants to be a manager while everyone else does little to no work. There is no accountability for anyone. Staff is very underpaid hence a high turn over rate. Health insurance for a family is stupid expensive

      Great work environment, IJUS's has a culture that empowers employees that reflect the behaviors it values the most. Those behaviors are accountability, candid communication, integrity and acting in a boundaryless fashion always searching for ways to improve yourself and the company.
