      Good benefits, nice office design, great people that aren't in management but should be

      Cons

      -Rampant favoritism -No movement or chances of development -Emails are written for you, phone calls are monitored and goals are unattainable -Management does not communicate and they are not transparent. They have a "my way or the highway" mentality. -Just not a positive environment to work in

      Terrible Management

      Pros

      Wasn't a pro for me but the job takes zero brain power. It's basically copying and pasting data all day like a robot. Flexible hours - you don't actually work with anyone so you can come and go as you please. Pay is good for what it is. Literally impossible to get fired because they're desperate for people to stay due to high turn over. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Terrible management - run like a dictatorship from an extremely incompetent producer. Mind numbingly dull. No challenges or creativity welcome. The actual product is pretty low quality so a hard sell. Basically cold calling and emailing all day. You are actively discouraged of having any ideas of your own. Incentive fees are a complete lie and unattainable - no one actually gets them which is why the turnover is so high.

      Pros

      If you have a good client list, the sales are there,but your boss will treat you like a moron regardless

      Cons

      forced to work extra hours for the sole reason of satisfying the bosses whims. Boss mostly talks about himself, is inappropriate in subject matter, and 100% favors people. I was asked to work international and be in at 6am, which I did, but boss refused to let me out before other employees came in at 9am!
