Pros

work/life balance, alternative work schedules, flexibility, all positions are hybrid giving employees the opportunity to work from home, great benefits and PTO package. Awesome leadership team, they focus heavily on professional development and growth.

Pros

The company has a genuine interest in people and helping them to become solution-oriented through the life coaching they provide. Innovative custom one-on-one coaching and also group coaching!

Cons

I can't think of any! The management really cares about the individual coaches' needs and input.
