Non existent HR Department is a disaster waiting to happen. Executives constantly telling employees they are replaceable and should be thankful they have a job, even after IMS is the one that recruited them from another job. Constant nepotism amungst management and their children that are employed at IMS is absolutely horrible and discouraging to every employee. Micromanaging is unbelievably strong due to the owners. They have some great managers in line but the owners will not trust them for a minute. Owners constantly watching how long employees are at work. I could work 14 hours one day, and get lectured for leaving 15mins early the next day.
