      Pros

      Cover a huge spectrum of display ranging from wearable to TV.

      Cons

      Too much chaos with the 3-in-1 merger and too political with executives on power struggle rather than having a vision to transcend Innolux to be a global company.

      Good place to learn how to deal with people and work. Big company and so so reputation.

      Cons

      Too much confusion between old Chimei and Innolux, and you never see they reach a balance. Every section manager want to hold their position, so you have to satisfy every one of their desire. Old school way to overcome issue, hard to change their ways of innovation.
