      Pros

      This is a very good company to work for with many different benefits offered to loyal employees how can work as a whole.

      Cons

      I don't think there are many cons but the work is on going and schedules and deadlines need to be met on time.

      A lot of freedom of work definition. Plenty of vacations. Nice challenges to solve.

      IT infrastructure is a bit too stiff. Government style management.
