Cons
Super control from founder, every and each step you need to report. Agreements can be broken any moment, instant firing of colleagues with families , can't eat lunch in the kitchen as it's said we are too loud and can be issued penalties for making noise. You can see dead animal bodies hanged on the walls. I would not recommend working in this company.
