      Pros

      Good benefits with housing provided along with a car and a generous per diem. Overall settling in period very good. Good communication from lower management.

      Cons

      Not too many cons apart from lengthy rotations and the occasional multiple meetings talking over the same subject. Economy flights are also a bind.
