Pros

Some nice people to work with.

Cons

High turn over rate. Incompetent management. Disruptive work environment. Ancient technology. No foreseeable path forward for this business since they are unable to implement real change. Look elsewhere beause this one isn't worth your time and effort.

Pros

Co- workers are great. You will find at least one person to connect with and be able to go through companies volatility. Experience highly dependent on your role. Work life balance was second to none. Great position if you are looking to have a balanced schedule.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected to what happens in field. Targets do not align. In - field challenges are not typically taken into consideration and focus is not sales oriented. Decision making is not clear nor transparent. AE and Directors have different compensation structure - then Directors to Executives have different compensation structure causing mismatched goals.
