Overall poor company on all levels. Administration will sell you on competitive pay, bonuses, continuing ed dollars, mentorship opportunities, great clinics etc and does not live up to anything they say. All clinicians are overworked and underpaid with lack of support from any admin staff; the admin staff is over staffed and has specialized departments such as marketing yet you receive very little from any of them. Clinics are driven to be overbooked and understaffed and overbilling patients. The atmosphere makes it exceptionally hard to provide excellent patient care and service and compromises your own principles and morals of care. Would not refer anyone to this company. Company promises a lot without delivering, poor administrative support and communication, corporates business model overdrives productivity at the cost of patient care, providing excellent service/customer support creating clinic atmospheres with double booked poor patient care and patient management.
