Pros

Two bonuses annually, good PTO, free health insurance

Cons

The culture is religiously shoved down your throats and they remind you almost everyday how great they are to their employees. You may see good reviews here, but know that HR pushes all new employees to review the company on GlassDoor within their first week of working here. I was asked 4 times in my first 2 weeks…. The company is widely unorganized and has no accountability from mangers and higher ups. I was hired without any plan for my role. I didn’t get a job description until working there for 2.5 months. No training or anything— it was very underwhelming and boring. Rumors constantly circulating about upcoming lay offs which creates fear amongst staff. Unfortunately, most of these rumors are true. Multiple employees are fired without reason or feedback on their performance. Tons of turnover at this company and they love to do a lot of terminating right before the holidays. Cruel!! Additionally, their handbook encourages you to put in a two week notice . After putting in my two-week notice, I was terminated the next day WITHOUT pay. I found out after the fact, they always do this. As Sarah D. would say, “Your employment is ‘at will’”. So regardless if you are leaving by choice or working there still— have your resume ready to go at all times.

Pros

Information technology, software and resources.

Cons

Fake "all-in" culture concept, which only applies to very clique-ish upper management, people who have been there forever, or if you don't mind drinking the Kool-Aid. On some days I wasn't sure if it was going to be another kindergarten class or boot camp. No empowerment/recognition of employees who are introverted or under the radar. Direct supervisor engaged ONLY via long emails with instructions and updates, or a phone call when something was messed up. Work-life balance, diversity, and trust are almost non-existent. Unless you're planning to be an executive favorite, suggest looking elsewhere.
