Good people - nice to work with (not at management level)

Cons

No career growth Management look after themselves and not their staff - smoke & mirrors No annual reviews, pay rises or incentives Just a number in a big company that is still a 'boys club' Old, ridged - need to get with the times You work hard but management & shareholders get the rewards Just about the numbers & how much profit they make, not about people or anything else.

Great production staff. Great digital team and support staff.

Cons

All senior management are stuck in the 80's. If you want to work for the D team then this is the place for you. All staff are just numbers and treated as such. All clients are just budgeted targets. Having so many managers and not one leader. Poor training and communication.

The company is trying to get more and more into the digital marketing services side of things, however, they don't want to invest any time or effort into this and expect it all to happen overnight. They don't provide any support or guidance and expect you to do everything from marketing, creating your own content, selling and accounts. Internally, none of the business divisions talk to each other or work nicely with each other. If one division is working with a client, no other division is able to talk to them to help grow their share of wallet. They make promises and tell you that you will get what you need, only to not deliver and leave you on your own to fail.
