The heart of this small town company is really good. It started out as a family business and over 30 years time, grew into an international tech company. The business's ability to change and grow came about by chance but they've maintained this substantial growth thanks to their flexibility and agility . Employees have flexible schedules and incentives plus the experience we gain interacting with their impressive client list is not easily found. Clientele represents some of the worlds largest and most impressive companies out there and they are hands-down my favorite aspect of this small Indiana company. IVM also offers great products and solutions that are always changing and growing with the times.
Cons
It pains me and I'm sure all the others who work here, how completely backwards all our processes are. We waste a lot of time and energy doing things over when had we done it correctly the first time, we wouldn't have to make changes continuously. Management makes decisions on the fly without ever asking the people below them who do all the work and have all the answers.
