      Pros

      Work remote - that’s about it...

      Cons

      Terribly managed agency, constant feeling you are about to be fired, no organization.... trying to grow but will not create any processes for work flow or departmental support by hiring more employees. Confusion is the key word here. Your job will (most likely) eventually be outsourced. Also, the benefits are terrible...

      The company gives a decent pay and benefits.

      Too many people with their own big personalities who wanted to take credit of someone else's work as their own. The working environment was contaminated of people like this.

      Pros

      They offered a decent pay, but the only real pro was that I no longer work there.

      Cons

      The office politics and nepotism were ridiculous. It's like a family based company which could be good, except, that if you don't dress like them, talk like them, and act like them you will never succeed. There's not a lot of diversity in the company. They didn't value the people that actually did the hard work.
