Pros

Energetic and very motivating team help you go through the day, the manager is very good at what she does and you will learn a lot about sales, especially if you don't have this kind of background. I stayed for 1-2months only but don't regret the experience.

Cons

Commission-based salary, unless you have a passion for sales and/or you're (very) good at it, this is probably not a company where you will work for years. If you stay there for some time you will notice that people don't stay for a while.

Thank you for sharing this review with us. As an international company, we are all about sharing experiences. We are really disappointed that you called someone in our team racist, since we have never accepted this kind of behavior, especially when this is a company ran by a foreign person. As you can see from our website, we employ a team with different backgrounds, resources and skills. Therefore, we wish you the best of luck since we obviously we were not a great fit. Here at Ibericus, we strive to have great people that are open minded to other cultures, other ways of life, especially being based in NYC. At this time we think you are having a better life. Have an amazing day.

Pros

I wish I had something positive to say about working at Ibericus

Cons

Apart from this job being a scam (100% comission sales), the shedule is intense (7:30 to 6:30 usually), you have to visit companies and walk ALL DAY without having access to a bathroom - unless you encounter nice business owners. The CEO and office assistant contradict each other on what is right and wrong when selling to costumers, not caring about decieving people. Management makes you believe that there is a base salary option but in reality it is an option you only get if you make five sales a week - which is highly unlikely.

Thank you for expressing your concerns. We are sorry you had this experience and we would like to clarify a couple of things. First of all, our schedule is from 8 am to 5:30 pm for all our employees. Also, since we represent Fortune 500 clients, we take care of their business client aquisition and 90% of the business owners we meet, reflect the energy and mirror the person in front of them, that's why the only people that succeed with us are people with great attitude and great work ethic. For that reason, we have very high standards and all of our employees reach the 5 sales minimum per week that our client is asking us for after they complete their first week of paid training. Finally, transportation expenses are always covered by our bonuses given weekly by our client. Unfortunately, whenever an employee doesn't meet standards or violates any part of our compliance, we need to part ways. Hope this clarifies your concerns and we wish you the best of luck in your career
