Pros
A product which actually was going to make a difference and the world a better place....a boss who appreciated you and at the same time was super smart and you could learn a ton from...a CEO who cared about the culture and interactions amongst the employees as much as he cared about the bottom line...wonderful people to work with...a sense of team where everyone was working together for the same goal and purpose. This place was awesome!
Cons
At the mercy of forces beyond its control. Couldn't fight the economics of a plummeting natural gas price. The company as I knew just couldn't survive.
