friends you can make through mutual feelings of the way the business is ran so badly

Cons

Head office employ and support their own. No support who is not in the 'clique' Verbally abusive staff members are protected through anything they do/say.... A.F... Should have quit while they were ahead three years ago. GOODLUCK to the few who are left.

The team is great and I've met some really lovely people during my time at Iconic

Cons

There is a bit of a clique mentality and while the top dogs are very hands-on and social, sometimes they can come across as a bit pushy and chauvinistic

Unqualified HR - does not know how to handle issues or complaints. Very unprofessional. Needs training. unfair divide between departments Uncompetive salary No opportunity to progress unless you've friends in 'high places' Company only cares about awards and asthetics Training is needed in all departments.
