If you're into foosball and company kegs, you're in luck!

Cons

The management staff try to appear friendly and open-minded, encouraging employees to contribute new ideas, but nothing ever gets implemented, and there's gross nepotism, sexism, and misogyny.

A company that enforces non competes. BEWARE!

Great location near the heart of pioneer square, office keg, foosball and hockey table.

Cons

Employees are overworked with unrealistic client loads. You’ll find yourself doing just the bare minimum of reporting and client calls and have no time to really help clients succeed. You can work 60-70 hrs a week and still feel behind on work. When you do decide to leave management will pull the non-compete clause and force you to stay.

If you like telling stories that start with "You are not gonna believe what happened at work today!" then you will love Ideoclick. Also, they pay for your Orca card.

Cons

Constant restructuring of org chart combined with no real mission and poor communication from leadership leaves teams adrift. Biz dev and account managers routinely make wild promises that the rest of the company is then forced to scramble to fulfill, whether realistic or not (often not). The only changes leadership seems capable of implementing are rebranding things they've tried before, and hiring more account managers.
