1.You are the boss, if you take up the responsibility. 2.Trust is the main factor thats why they hire and believe you. 3.No pressure in any situation. 4 .Salary on time. 5.Freedom to express your thoughts. 6.Flexibility on timings, you can choose work from home with no limitations until and unless you are connected with internet and loyal to your work and responsibilities. 7. Good combination of learning and earning. 8. Experience doesn't matter if you are technically strong in your basics and logics. 9. Surrounded by Good people, culture and they will always inspire and guide you to grow technically and socially. 10. Don't get confused with the number of employees in company , quality matters a lot that's the supreme strength of idyllic software. 11.About facilities you can refer other reviews.
Cons
Limited space for conference calls and standup. I agree it's a startup and growing swiftly. considering all the facts and benefits getting here, Its negligible for a time being but future point of view need more space for meetings, standup and conducting interviews.
