- Supportive staff during the hiring process - Friendly staff - Periodic check-ins post being hired - Biannual staff appreciation events - Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience - Good responsive communication via phone, email, etc. - Quality customer service - Bandwidth for a rate increase (raise) providing there is proof of accomplishments
Cons
- Staff are not onsite to give performance evaluations since they do not know what you do on a daily basis - No matching with regards to retirement
