Flexible schedule, but rigid curriculum limits teaching style

Pros

Great flexibility with your schedule. You can choose your own hours, and because students are fixed, you get the rewarding experience of working with the same individuals for the entire year.

Cons

The curriculum implementation is incredibly rigid. Management requires tutors to follow the provided script word-for-word and second-by-second, leaving zero room for personal teaching style or natural pacing.

amazing work with the kids, schedule is incredibly consistent and reliable, pay was fair, training was well educating

Cons

schedule is RIGID and kind of tricky if something comes up last minute, but managers were always helpful and understanding

*Many parings available *Lots of support from the administrative team *Training was intensive but thorough and there was a lot of support from the instructors.

Cons

*There is little time (90 seconds) between lessons/sessions if you have back to back students. But, you can always just limit your parings/availability and space them apart.
