Lack of HR presents Lack of procedures in the organization MD often loses composure and micromanages, unaware of his surroundings and loses touch with his staff. (strive for his inappropriate 'humor remarks') Management often resolve to impulsive decision making Members of staff often have to fill in to bigger roles without the appropriate training Company askes staff to go above and beyond, however the hard work is not recognized and taken for granted Aiming to develop growth in business opportunities but without sufficient resources in the company to support the growth.
