Pros
Ping Pong Table available

Poor management from MD, does not consult wider team when agreeing to deadlines and does not push back to unrealistic turnaround times. Many team members were forced to work long hours with no return or appreciation for their efforts.

Positive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at IgnitionOne full-time for less than a year
Pros
Great atmosphere in the London Office. Everyone extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that sit under them. A walk up & ask attitude is encouraged which is great to ease the learning curve. The DMP addition to the product offering has tied up many loose ends to create what I can only refer to as one of the best digital marketing stack solutions in the market.
Cons
A very recent change in strategy is yet to prove fruitages but hopefully this will be turned around with new leaders & ideas at the helm.
