      Some of the staff are friendly, but they are not in management

      Cons

      No career options, selling old technology, small minded managers, abysmal business strategy, no purpose or realistic future ambition

      A small company where you will rapidly get to know almost everyone that works there

      Cons

      Poor pay (at least 20% lower than service company industry standards). Average benefits for a UK employer. Seemingly random patterns of layoffs.
