      Awesome pay, fantastic benefits, super awesome team mates and exec team.

      Cons

      Got bought out by AerCap. They took away all the good pay, benefits, and great team members along with the execs.

      Pros

      Most talented & amazing group of professionals I have ever had the honor of working with. Management recognized that if you treat your staff well (and i mean amazingly well), they will work twice as hard for the company in return. Really, I have never seen people strive so hard to do an amazing job! Finest group of professionals ever!

      Cons

      Watching the systematic dismantling of the entire ILFC operation was heartbreaking to say the least. AerCap will never know what they destroyed!
