#1 is the mission and actual real world impact our products have on people's lives, it feels like what we do really matters and makes a difference. Strong sense of community and being part of a team who cares about each other. I see a lot of people going above and beyond either for their team or clients. High growth and lots of big changes to try and make things better - this has made it very fast paced but moving in the right direction and exciting time to be part of the company! New office space is cool too.

ImageTrend is an incredible company—I love it here! The culture and community are top-notch; it’s like a family where everyone’s pulling in the same direction. The leadership is fantastic—supportive, inspiring, and they set a high bar that makes this place special. For me, the job’s a perfect fit—challenging, fulfilling, and worth every minute. Yes, it’s an amazing place to work, but it’s not a free ride. We’re in a tough, competitive market, and that means hard work and pushing through discomfort. That’s what success takes—doing hard things and overcoming challenges. I thrive on it here.
