imagination hires some really hardworking, intelligent people that are experts in the field, making for interesting everyday conversations

Cons

Upper management doesn't know what they're doing and it really comes through with the lack of support and structure found elsewhere in the organization. Even though there are plenty of discussions about how the organization can be improved and how employees can be better supported, little is done to put those talks into action. The lack of communication and support also makes it hard to grow within the organization and find stability.
