Some really smart and friendly people.
Location was great - I really enjoyed it.
Cons
Toxic ceo and toxic culture. As many others have said, it's fear-based management and randomly timed tantrums.
Until he sells, I wouldn't work there again even if they trebled my salary - have to put my mental health first and avoid toxic environments.
Some good people trying to do meaningful work and keep their head above the parapet but below the radar.
Working from home a plus.
Cons
Essentially CEO creates a toxic atmosphere which from him down the rest either buy into or try to fight. But you can’t fight it so you end up buying into it. This filters through to the workforce where the strong survive long enough to leave.
Some completely out of depth and 'one track' middle managers desperately need training because they cannot manage people. Spreadsheets yes, people no.
Complete inertia on getting workforce together negates the plus of working from home.
Oh dear, terrible experience for me. toxic place where everyone fears for their job, lots of negative office politics at managerial level and a CEO that has lots of emotional tantrums when anyone has a different opinion to him.Avoid and don't look back if you value your mental health.
