Pros

Exposure to several different roles, less than or just over one year in each role. Good benefits for pension and savings plan.

Cons

No real growth opportunities. Been with the company just under 10 years and everything is being outsourced plus the Calgary head office is being closed down, do not waste your time as a new grad working here. Salary growth is a joke, and you do not get bonuses.

Pros

Diverse experiences, stable company, many employee programs/resource groups.

Cons

Very limited progression opportunity, very rigid pay structure, far from “pay for performance”, pay not tied to actual individual performance. No career progression if not willing to move to Houston.
